An entrepreneur should insist for it to start the business as the entrepreneur should have the courage and ability to take the risk. Observant is defined as an individual tends to good at watching, listening and observing the surrounding environment. A successful entrepreneur can notice the opportunity from the environment and can take the advantage of that.

Visionary is defined as the entrepreneur can inspire from vision and can lead the subordinates to contribute towards to the vision in the future. A failure is an option is also important for entrepreneurs to have the ability to learn from mistakes. Open culture can define as every employee in the company can approach to each other without the boundaries. It means that there is no limitation for the communication lines between all levels of employee. Outcome-oriented defined as the company emphasizes the task done by employees needed to achieve goals and make sure the employees satisfied with their work to perform well the business in future.

Team oriented is defined as the company policy focus on the relationship between any levels of employees. An entrepreneur should behave of these traits as the employees are the valuable assets for the company. Proactive defined as the entrepreneur will take responsibility and advantage of their own lives and surrounding environment to act aggressive and seek an opportunity to achieve their own destiny. Networked is a structured plan to know new people which will help in the business and introduce you to them. A successful entrepreneur should have a good network skill as if you know more friends and you will increase your circle of friends.
